The Undertaker is a criminal! Sure he's a former world champion, had one of the most celebrated winning streaks in the history of the sport, and is a legend of the business, but at the end of the day, the man is a criminal. His long list of crimes include arson, theft, assault, kidnapping, attempted murder, and murder itself. He set his parents' house on fire, killing them and scarring his little brother, he kidnapped Stephanie McMahon, stealing a car in the process, attempted to kill Stone Cold Steve Austin, and succeeded in killing Paul Bearer by encasing him in concrete (although Paul eventually came back to life somehow so technically that one doesn't count). Despite all these crimes, the only time he was arrested was when he attempted to sacrifice the Big Boss Man. He still managed to do something awesome before surrendering to the police.
