10 Most Protected WWE Moves Ever

5. WMD (Weapon Of Mass Destruction)

It might not be the most popular finishing move in all of wrestling, but let's be realistic for just the slightest of moments; if Big Show punches you in the face, you aren't going to be getting up. Much like another move that may or may not be coming later in this list, the move is simplicity described. Heck, calling it a 'move' is somewhat of a stretch.

It has also been fantastically protected over the years, leading to a clean 1-2-3 pretty much every time it is hit. When Sheamus managed to kick out of one way back in 2012 it was truly shocking, a sign if anything that the WWE was well and truly behind the Celtic Warrior. It is the simplicity of the move, as well as its protection, that means Big Show will stay somewhere around the middle of the card for the rest of his career.

Again, if a 7ft tall, 484lbs man punches you in the face, you are more than likely to stay down for more than three seconds.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
