10 Most Radical Wrestler Body Transformations EVER

4. Big Show

Being Paul Wight's size has some drawbacks. Simply moving around, sitting down or sleeping in bed cannot come easy for the literal giant. Also, being an athlete for so long has wreaked havoc on the former Big Show's knees. He'd be forgiven for taking it slow as he approached the big 5-0 mark.

Nope.

Wight goes for it in the gym. He actually appears to be more serious about working out than he ever was in his wrestling prime, which is almost unbelievable. The AEW man loves a cheeky gym mirror selfie too (who, pray tell, is going to tell him not to?), and is clearly proud of the fact that he got abs in his mid-40s.

He should be. There was a time when Paul's weight ballooned out of control. Now, instead of a giant belly, he has maybe the largest six pack ever. The sheer devotion to workouts and dieting it must've taken to get that? Intense.
