7. The Sickest Powerbomb Ever

While not quite the very definition of "Holy Sh*t!", this remains, simply, the Spot That Should Not Be.

On the March 13, 2000 episode of RAW, Bubba Ray Dudley continued his vile assault on the near-octogenarian Mae Young. He bailed on his two-on-one handicap match with brother D-Von opposite Mark Henry and hunted for Mae backstage - before wheeling her out in front of the Titantron and after threatening to end her life. After swatting Henry aside with the 3D, Bubba wheeled Mae back up the ramp - at which point D-Von removed her from the wheelchair and hoisted her atop Bubba's shoulders.

This was the Attitude Era. We'd seen guns, p*ss, blood, fire, barbed wire, exposed breasts - but surely, a neck brace-wearing old lady getting Powerbombed off a stage and through a table was a bit much. Nope: as God as my witness, he broke her in half. The scene is so powerful that, even armed with the knowledge that Mae lived to the grand old age of 90, you still instinctively reach the conclusion that she is dead. There is no coming back from that.

Bubba Ray Dudley's face was the perfect mirror to the audience; the man looked drained of any comprehension of life.
