10 Most Ridiculous WWE Attitude Era Matches

5. The New Age Outlaws vs Cactus Jack & Chainsaw Charlie - Dumpster Match, WrestleMania 14

Further proof that WrestleMania is far from immune to ridiculous matches, the 1998 edition featured a 'Dumpster Match' on its card. Charmingly straightforward, the stipulation meant that whichever team forced their opponents into a dumpster (and closed the lid) would become the Tag Team Champions. All four men ended up in the container at some point, including Chainsaw Charlie (Terry Funk, with the slightly unfair gimmick of a chainsaw-wielding maniac) but neither team was able to close the lid. Eventually the brawl found its way backstage to a convenient second dumpster, in which the Outlaws were sealed, giving the psychopathic babyfaces a feelgood win. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x5n3b5_wrestlemania-xiv-dumpster-match_sport At least until Monday Night Raw, in which the decision was reversed; yes, they did a Dusty Finish in a Dumpster Match. The heels claimed the dumpster used wasn't the agreed-upon container, and the belts were returned to their rightful owners.
