10 Most Ridiculous WWE Title Changes Of The 2000s

2. Terri Runnels - Hardcore Champion

Okay, so the Hardcore Championship wasn't the most serious belt. After all, this is the same title that was defended 24/7 in an amusement park and a children's soft play area. But it still had an air of credibility to it, thanks to the guys killing each other with hardware on a weekly basis. However, the Hardcore Championship lost a lot of credibility not only because of the speed with which it changed hands, but also because of some of the people who won the belt. Hardcore Holly, Test, Rhyno and Raven were credible champions. But backstage interviewer Terri Runnels? Come on. Terri won the belt on the May 27th Raw when she pinned Stevie Richards (who had been attacked by Jacqueline during his backstage interview). It only lasted a second before she was rolled up by Richards, but it was still ridiculous/pointless. It seemed the whole thing was designed just to get a shot of Terri's a** on screen.
