7. Vito
Big Vito managed to annoy his co-workers wherever he want. He p***** off people in ECW and WCW before making it to the WWE and then once there he managed to p*** off people even more. People including Bobby Lashley, whom Vito supposedly had it in for because he was the beneficiary of a monster push and Vito was toiling as Nunzio's bodyguard and sometimes partner. As punishment for his behavioural problems WWE gave Vito a new, rather risqué gimmick. Well, it wasn't so much a new gimmick as a character development: he was still a smashmouth tough guy but now he was a tough guy who just happened to enjoy wearing a dress. The gimmick turned Vito face and he began to have fun with it during his matches, waving the dress and exposing his backside to the fans. Wearing a dress wasn't good enough for Vito who believed he had to go the whole hog and wear a thong to really get the gimmick over. Vito's constant skin-bearing forced WWE to censor his buttocks on television. Several wrestlers refused to wrestle Vito and Smackdown commentator JBL constantly ridiculed him and questioned his lifestyle on air. This would never happen in today's WWE with the company's involvement with GLAAD and the Be A Star campaign. At the time, however, it all seemed a little too normal.
