10 Most Shocking Upset Victories In WWE History

3. Vladimir Kozlov Beats The Undertaker

Vladimir Kozlov had a huge rocket strapped to his back when he arrived in WWE. And that rocket wasn't just huge because Kozlov was massive.

The Ukrainian behemoth ticked all of Vince McMahon's boxes: big, strong, scary looking, big. Basically the chairman's ideal wrestler.

To try and get Kozlov over, he was put into numerous high profile matches, but the moment everyone realised just how serious the company were about Vlad came on SmackDown in 2009.

Kozlov was in a match with The Undertaker and The Deadman had Kozlov in position for his signature Old School move. However, Kozlov pulled The Undertaker down from the top rope in a massive powerslam, covered him and secured the victory.

It was clear that Kozlov had been earmarked for success by this point, but a win over The Undertaker is not something given away lightly by WWE. The fact that Kozlov was still very green in the ring and was getting wins over 'Taker showed a serious lack of awareness in WWE and that was clear when Kozlov was relegated to a comedy tag team with Santino Marella just a year later.

Still, it makes for interesting trivia, and that's all that's keeping me going at this point.
