10 Most Shocking WWE Transformations Since 2020

5. Dexter Lumis

WALTER GUNTHER 2020 2024

Dexter Lumis was a curious face on NXT befo...BLOODY HELL! That can't be considered a glow up, but it's some change in look if nothing else. Dex had slicked back hair and a moustache on the third brand, and carried that look over to Raw following a release and return in 2022.

The Lumis gimmick didn't really go anywhere on the main roster, and big Dexter faded into the background off TV. Triple H made the call to bring him back into the mix as Mercy The Buzzard in Uncle Howdy's Wyatt Sicks faction. He's a bodyguard at best, but will presumably work some matches again in the future.

Again, you've got to take what you can get sometimes.

Lumis has grown his hair and beard out, and managed to trim down some size. He's still jacked, but he's definitely leaner than he was before. On TV, Dexter typically wears the Mercy mask, but he has been spotted more often without it in recent weeks.

Quite the change.
