10 Most Successful Champions In WWE History

5. Roman Reigns

WWE Championship Reign(s): November 22, 2015 - November 22, 2015, December 14, 2015 - January 24, 2016, April 3, 2016 - June 19, 2016

All of the above plus a record-breaking run as Universal Champion has raced this guy to a solid spot in the top ten amongst some men that did it twice as long and some others that were thrice as culturally relevant. But Roman Reigns finds himself in a unique contemporary spot - he is unequivocally the top star in an organisation that has never been richer.

Vince McMahon might yet end up as the billionaire who could be a trillionaire, to paraphrase CM Punk in the era just before filthy business decisions replaced passable pro wrestling booking. If he does, it'll be from insane television cash, the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia, and realistically no more than two full-timers. And thanks to systemic institutional sexism, Becky Lynch will never be seen on Reigns' level, no matter how anybody feels about it.
