Consequences Creed, as he was known in TNA, had a moderately successful career in the company.

Forming two aptly named tag teams with Ron "Truth" Killings and Jay Lethal, Truth and Consequences and Lethal Consequences respectively were the main TNA highlights for the real life Austin Woods. Lethal Consequences was even able to capture the TNA Tag Team Championships along the way and the duo remained together until Creed was released in early 2010.

Things were not off to a hot start for the newly named Xavier Woods once he arrived in WWE in 2013. After a brief stint in NXT, Woods teamed up with former cohort R-Truth where he was essentially handed Brodus Clay's dancing gimmick, complete with The Funkadactyls and full entrance. The duo did little of note before splitting up in April 2014, leading to one fateful night; 21 July, 2014.

That night, the team of Kofi Kingston and Big E were reeling following their latest loss, when Woods made his way to the ring. Gone was the dancing and fun times, as the former Creed talked about taking what was theirs and the start of a new day. Little did fans know this was the genesis of one of the greatest factions in WWE history as Woods, Kofi and Big E have won 12 Tag Team Championships, including reigning as the current NXT Tag Champions. Xavier Woods also got to live one of his dreams, winning the 2021 King of the Ring and becoming King Woods.
