James J. Dillon was a journeyman wrestler and manager of scrubs that happened to look like a sleazy lawyer, which he parlayed into a gig managing villainous playboy Tully Blanchard. When Tully joined up with Ric Flair and the Andersons, Dillon came along for the ride, becoming the official business manager and CEO of the Four Horsemen.

In this role, JJ oversaw a handful of  US, TV, and tag title wins, but obviously his greatest triumph was managing Flair to six of his sixteen world championships.
