The Brain is generally considered the all-around best manager of them all, but his championship record doesn't quite bear that out. His long-running Heenan Family won him a variety of minor championships in the AWA and WWE, but he also had his share of world champions; in the AWA, he led Nick Bockwinkel to four heavyweight championships, and in the WWE he helped Andre the Giant end Hulk Hogan's seemingly interminable first title reign.

Although he'd later retire to become a commentator, he'd make a special exception for Ric Flair, who he'd lead, alongside Mr. Perfect, to two WWE titles.
