10 Most Successful WWE Tough Enough Contestants

7. Kenny King

Tough Enough History: Season Two The second season of Tough Enough is the one that most fans consider to be the worst ones because they chose the wrong winners: Linda Miles and Jackie Gayda. Kenny King should have been one of the winners. It was one of those decisions that confused viewers because we figured they would pick one male and one female, but then they went with two females that really didn't impress that much in training. It was an odd choice. For whatever reason, WWE wasn't interested in signing King. Based on talent, he clearly deserved it. Perhaps they felt like he was too small, so maybe they thought they didn't need a guy like that. It was one of those decisions that surprised a lot of people because he had so much potential. King went on to have a pretty good run in Ring of Honor from 2007-12 where he won the ROH Tag Team Titles. After his ROH days were over, he moved on to TNA Wrestling where he's still competing as part of their top heel stable The Beat Down Clan. He's earned a reputation as a very good in-ring worker that's also very charismatic and can have good matches with anybody.
