When it comes to creepy wrestling managers, no one has done better than Paul Bearer.

His signature high pitched voice combined with his contorted facial expressions helped make The Undertaker's kayfabe father one of the most memorable characters to ever grace the small screen.

In truth, Paul Bearer often walked the line between being eerie and comical. That being said, there was still something very unsettling and believable about the persona.

Even though this over the top character was clearly fictional, as a fan, it was hard not to wonder if there wasn't something legitimately off about the man. Of course, creating that sort of believability is the ultimate goal for any wrestling personality.

The urn-toting mortician helped launch the career of one of the greatest wrestlers of all-time. The memory of Paul Bearer's shrill voice and chilling promos will no doubt continue to haunt fans for years to come.
