https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ir8Kk7U1UIQ Say what you will about The Miz and his in-ring ability, but if there is one thing he has constantly shown in his decade-long career in WWE, it's that he can hang with the best of them. Fans were perplexed to discover he would be serving as Daniel Bryan's "mentor" on the inaugural season of NXT. What fans didn't know, however, was the incredible feud it would later lead to. The battles Bryan and Miz contested over the course of 2010 are well-documented, most notably their excellent matchup for the United States Championship at that year's Night of Champions pay-per-view. But their bad blood didn't end there. Shortly after his rivalry with Bryan concluded, Miz successfully cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase to become WWE champion. As a result, going into 2011, Miz and Bryan ruled Raw as champions and a one-on-one rematch between them was only inevitable. Although the Feb. 14 edition of Raw is best known for The Rock returning, it also hosted an extremely entertaining and well-wrestled champion vs. champion bout between Miz and Bryan. The Awesome One avenged his loss to his former protege in clean fashion, and it was another four years before Bryan would get his win back.
