7. Flash Funk
Charles Scaggs would quickly swap his zoot suit and fly girl valets for something a little less ostentatious (reverting to his 2 Cold Scorpio name), but for the quickest of moments he was the bling-clad superfly known as Flash Funk. He was all about neon colors and 70s-inspired catchphrases, but in a way, Flash Funk was kind of a precursor to the Godfather character (with a little bit of Brodus Clay mixed in to boot). He even had similar theme music and was accompanied to the ring with a couple of lovely, scantily clad (for the time) women, known as the Funkettes. His run as 2 Cold Scorpio was probably the better long-term option, but Flash Funk was fun as hell. He wasn't nearly as sex-obsessed as The Godfather, nor was his schtick on the microphone as gleefully perverted, but Funk deserves props for getting over just well enough for the gimmick to be altered a couple of years later and become one of the most beloved characters of the Attitude Era.
