10 Most Underrated Superstars Of WWE's Ruthless Aggression Era
9. Jamie Noble
Noble was the kind of aggressive cruiserweight the WWE brand needed in a post-Invasion world. His presence immediately bolstered an already plump and fruitful division, putting on stellar matches with Spike Dudley, Rey Mysterio, Tajiri, Hurricane Helms, and Billy Kidman, just to name a few.
Having honed his high-flying style in Ring of Honor, Noble came into the WWE hot and ready to make an impact. Which he did. Kind of.
Although being tied to the dead weight of Nidia didn't necessarily help his stock, Noble was such an incredible all-around performer that he momentary elevated the former Tough Enough champion into complete tolerability, a feat that even The Rock probably would've found to be difficult.
But let's talk about that gimmick for a second. Who else completely bought into Noble as the living embodiment of trailer park trash? Everyone? Is it everyone? Good, because say what you want about the actual gimmick itself, Noble owned it.
The fact that Noble wasted away as a jobber for so much of his WWE tenure is a total atrocity.
