10 Most Underrated Wrestlers In WWE Today

1. Cesaro

Alberto Del Rio
WWE

An easy choice at number 1, The Swiss Superman is one of the most complete professional wrestlers on the planet. He’s big, powerful, and light on his feet, with unmatched technique and an uncanny ability to make everything he does look like the easiest thing in the world. Whoever he’s facing, Cesaro always delivers an excellent performance, and as a in-ring performer, he has no obvious weaknesses.

Cesaro struggles on the microphone, but he’s not un-charismatic. The former Claudio Castagnoli conveys a type of charisma that comes through in actions, not words. It’s illustrated in his ability to not only dazzle as a spectacular performer, but to draw the viewer into his matches with expert selling and ring psychology.

The “Cesaro Section” grows every week, and while his post-WrestleMania run in the Intercontinental Title division was encouraging, Cesaro is once again falling towards obscurity. The internet loves him, but until Cesaro benefits from the kind of push that his talents richly deserve, he’ll remain the most underrated performer in WWE.
