3. Goldust

If Cody Rhodes was still a WWE employee, Stardust would be right here alongside his elder brother. Goldust isn’t just one of the most underrated wrestlers in WWE today: he’s one of the most underrated of all-time, and though held-back by personal demons throughout his tenure, Goldust is an exceptional all-round entertainer.

Dusty Rhodes’ eldest son has committed himself to some of the most demeaning angles and gimmicks in WWE history, and pulled them off with aplomb. Where other wrestlers would’ve crashed and burned, Goldust has thrived with his creative flair and uncanny comic timing.

Now well into his forties, Goldust is better than ever. Most wrestlers have long since fallen-off by this point, but Goldust has adapted to become an exemplary professional and one of WWE’s most reliable technicians. Capable of pulling-off one of wrestling’s most outlandish gimmicks with ease, whenever he retires, Goldust deserves to be remembered among WWE’s most consistent performers.
