10 Most Underrated WWE Theme Songs

1. Rick Rude - Ravishing

Of all the songs that don't get the appropriate amount of remembrance, the theme song used by Ravishing Rick Rude during his days as Intercontinental Champion tops the list. A cross between the sounds of a striptease and the intro to an adult film, Rick Rude's "Ravishing" theme song matched his Chippendale-esque character to a tee.

Another song featuring heavy saxophone sounds, this entrance track generated heat unlike all other 80s themes. It also didn't hurt that, following the opening drumroll, the first face fans saw come through the curtain was Rude's heel manager, Bobby "The Brain" Heenan. Add to that the pre-match promo Rude became famous for (ridiculing the male fans and showing off his shredded upper-body), and the Ravishing Rick Rude character was a heat-seeking magnet, made complete by this underrated theme.

Over the years, this theme has been dubbed over on various WWE releases and a somewhat-similar-yet-completely-generic sounding tune was used in its place, including in WWE video games. That is, until earlier this year when, curiously, a new and even worse cheesy knockoff replaced Rude's classic theme on the WWE Network. Despite inclusion into the 2017 WWE Hall Of Fame, The Ravishing One's induction was sorely missing this classic, underrated theme.
