10 Most Underrated WWE Theme Songs

2. SummerSlam - Classic Theme

While "The Grand Spectacle" was the perfect representation of WrestleMania, it fell just short of being the best Pay-Per-View theme song produced by the World Wrestling Federation during the age of Hulkamania. That honor belongs to the soundtrack of summer for any longtime WWF fan - the classic theme song used for SummerSlam beginning in 1990.

This classic SummerSlam theme is the perfect hype song for the WWF's biggest show of the summer and was used regularly for the August classic from 1990 through 1994. Unfortunately, neither "The Grand Spectacle" nor this SummerSlam theme song has ever been released officially by WWE. The best resource to listen to these two iconic tracks, along with the old Royal Rumble and Survivor Series themes of the same period, is YouTube.

Over the years, various versions have been uploaded, some with Sean Mooney's voice-over promoting the 1991 event heard briefly, but an official release has long been desired. Until that happens, fans will have to enjoy these fan-made creations.
