6. The Nasty Boys vs. Hart Foundation (Tag-Team Titles - WrestleMania VII)
When wrestling fans name check their favourite tag-teams of all time, it's rare to hear someone say, "Y'know, I really loved The Nasty Boys". Maybe that's a credit to the heelish mannerisms of Brian Knobbs and Jerry Sags, but the duo are often overlooked. That certainly wasn't the case at WrestleMania VII, when the distinctly bad guy unit of Knobbs and Sags were booked to triumph over The Hart Foundation. The Nasty Boys would be helped by none other than Jimmy Hart, who turned his back on Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart to side with his new team. The match itself was fine, but The Nasty Boys were little more than transitional champions, only really given the belts so that they could later drop them to The Legion Of Doom at Summerslam. There might have been mileage in Knobbs and Sags as tag champs if the WWF creative team had more for them, but it wasn't to be. This night also represented the end of The Hart Foundation (at least for now) and the start of Bret Hart's first major solo run.
