https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I5-2Rx0XFBc If a superstar is going to compete in twenty-minute main event matches, he is probably going to need a rest hold or two along the way. At the moment, Reigns doesnt utilize a single submission move while competing. One move that could serve as a rest hold would be the full nelson. It would not only provide both superstars with a moment to rest and devise a plan for the next stage of the contest, it would also fit with Reigns in-ring psychology. He currently targets the head with the Superman Punch, but rarely attacks that area prior to the move. By working the head and neck area, the full nelson would allow Reigns to wear down an opponent, develop better in-ring psychology, and perhaps most importantly, provide a rest period during a long contest. (Apologizes for the video on this one. YouTube has purged most WWE videos since the launch of the WWE Network.)
