On the first episode of Season three, Dario's Dial of Doom pitted fan favorite Son of Havoc against the unstoppable Matanza Cueto, once again teasing both the fans and the biker from the open road with a crack at title success.
Although the bearded luchador had battled the likes of Dr. Wagner, Jr. in impressive fashion, he laid it all on the line against Matanza, setting a breakneck pace and tone for season three that was a strong harbinger of what was to come.
In what could have simply been another fun Matanza squash, Son of Havoc played the underdog role to perfection, and solidified himself in the upper midcard as someone who could step up at any moment.
