10 Must See Vader Matches

3. Vs. Cactus Jack (WCW Halloween Havoc 1993)

Vader must have loved working with Mick Foley. Foley, as Cactus Jack, was willing to tolerate stunning amounts of pain in order to make their matches look real. Often, they were, as evidenced by the fact Vader repeatedly broke Mick's nose and orbital bones with stiff strikes and Powerbombed him on a bare concrete floor during one match on WCW Saturday Night.

Halloween Havoc 1993 would continue the violence.

Seeing Cactus gnaw away at Vader's head in a bid to free himself from the grizzly's grasp remains dramatic to this day. There was something about the Cactus vs. Vader feud that stood out from everything else going on in WCW during 1993-1994. Maybe it was the heavy use of blood, or perhaps it was the knowledge children were watching the carnage from the stands.

This, to be blunt, was not fit to be viewed by kids. Vader pasted the bejesus out of Jack, both bled heavily, it ended after almost 16 gruelling minutes and someone's son/daughter probably had to get therapy afterwards.
