Things look a bit rosier for one Jamie Hayter.

AEW's fanbase was largely apathetic towards Hayter when she was revealed as one of Britt Baker's allies on Rampage's debut episode last summer. It felt like one mystery reveal too many for the promotion, but the Brit has become a key asset in the women's game since.

On Sunday, she was booked strongly in the four-way match to crown a new interim Women's Champ - Hayter looked to have the match won when Baker pulled the referee out during a near fall. Reacting, Jamie stared a hole through D.M.D before everyone raced towards the bout's finish.

The upshot? Trouble is brewing between Britt and Hayter. In truth, it has been for a while, and now All Elite's creative minds can bash together to ensure Jamie's push is worthwhile. She has genuine potential to become a breakout babyface star if this tale is handled correctly over the next few months.
