10 New Directions After WWE Crown Jewel 2022

7. Rhea Ripley = Judgment Day Leader?

Time to make this switch.

Finn Bálor has been presented as Judgment Day's leader since ousting Edge from that role earlier this year. The faction might crow on telly about being equals, but he's definitely the one who calls the kayfabe shots for his group. Get this: Finn shouldn't be after Crown Jewel.

Look at the evidence. Rhea Ripley has been the x-factor during JD's feud with The OC thus far. Their momentum-boosting win over AJ Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson happened because of her interference, and she's clearly loving the chance to spread her wins as a hated heel.

It'd be so cool if Finn recognised Rhea's value by anointing her the new leader of Judgment Day on Raw. Christ, Dominik Mysterio already treats her like his bloody mother anyway, and she deserves this lofty spot. Then, maybe WWE can tag-team that booking with a push towards Bianca Belair's Raw Women's Title.
