7. Balor Club

The Club were of course split up in the Draft, with AJ Styles being recruited to SmackDown and the team of Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson making their way to Raw.

But in drafting Finn Balor to the very same show, there’s no need for the Club to disband completely. All it needs is for Luke and Karl to be reunited with Finn and the Balor Club can become a reality.

With the Bullet Club connection from their days in Japan, the history is there for this to make sense. And while that may not make this alliance new to the wider wrestling world, it would certainly be uncharted territory as far as the WWE is concerned.

It would also ensure that Finn isn’t wasted in the way that many NXT graduates have been. And you’d expect this would require a heel turn for him, providing a completely new dimension to his character.

Whichever way you slice it; the Balor Club makes sense. Not least because they’ve already been selling t-shirts for the faction for months and months in advance…
