5. Someone Defending New Japan From MJF

MJF didn't exactly hold back during Double Or Nothing's post-show media scrum. He mentioned Triple H, Nick Khan, WWE generally and then called New Japan an "indy fed". On the surface, that p*ssed all over AEW's partners for Forbidden Door, but some folks are forgetting Friedman is a heel.

He isn't supposed to respect anybody else, especially those outside the company he works for. Besides, this only means whomever "walks through the Forbidden Door" for that pay-per-view will have a point to prove. In essence, AEW already has the World Title story wrapped up.

Someone is coming to take a swing at the mouthy champ.

They'll do so with NJPW passion, and that should be enough to turn what's essentially an exhibition showcase into something a little more personal. Good - Forbidden Door needed that. Christ knows who'll it'll be, but somebody will go nose-to-nose with MJF and try to take him down a peg.
