10 New Directions For AEW After Double Or Nothing 2023

6. Jamie Hayter Winning At Wembley?

AEW Double Or Nothing 2023 Toni Storm
AEW

Silver lining time.

The Outcasts were booked to beat the sh*t out of Jamie Hayter and gift Toni Storm a relatively easy win at Double Or Nothing. This is Toni's second stab at the AEW Women's Title, but she shouldn't get too comfortable in the hot seat; Jamie is surely coming back for revenge in London.

Tony Khan almost certainly sees the value in booking Hayter as a ticked off challenger hunting for vengeance at Wembley Stadium in August. It'd be a real "hometown hero" moment if Jamie pursued Storm all summer, then managed to regain her prize at All In. The UK would go daft!

Irrespective of your personal thoughts on how messy the women's scene has been in AEW for a while now, something must be said: Hayter getting revenge on Toni in front of her fellow country men and women sounds like a really good time for everyone.

It could end up being one of All In's best moments.
