10 New Directions For WWE After King And Queen Of The Ring 2024

8. Chad Gable Ditching Otis

Otis looked like he'd clapped eyes on a ghost after clotheslining Alpha Academy leader Chad Gable during the Intercontinental Title three-way in Jeddah. That was purely instinctual from Chad's former top pupil, and it won't end well for him on Raw over the coming weeks. In fact, that could be it for Alpha Otis.

Gable will promo his arse off and tear his subordinate apart soon. Then, Maxxine Dupri will surely speak up for Otis and take a telling herself; she wasn't even permitted to be at ringside for Chad's IC Title shot in the first place. This story is proper heating up after that dismissal and just one thumping lariat.

Good times.

Most can see where the tale goes next, but that's far from a bad thing. Otis and Maxxine spinning further away from Gable is the best course of action, especially if it leads to Chad going old-school and living up to those "YOU SUCK!" chants he's been hearing lately...
