9. Edge Taking Down Judgment Day
Trips and his merry band of writers have a decision to make: Beth Phoenix appearing alongside her husband Edge for a spot outside the ring during the men's Rumble has teased another mixed tag effort from the legends. So, one would think Beth/Edge vs. Finn Bálor/Rhea Ripley makes sense, eh?
Hmm, maybe/maybe not.
Ripley has other things to be getting on with during WrestleMania season, and the real money is in Edge ripping through Judgment Day's ranks to get Finn one-on-one again. They're about to lock horns in Texas this April, and that's just the way it is. It could be some sort of gimmick bout (Hell In A Cell?) too.
There's another choice hiding in amongst all of this fun too. Edge either destroys the faction he created in the first place, or they vanquish him and move on. That'd be deeply unsatisfying for anybody who has craved Edge's comeback though, so WWE must be careful.
