What Happened At SummerSlam: Finn Bálor defied the dull nature of his match against Baron Corbin by re-airing his 'Demon' guise. Fans were thrilled to see the face-painted character make a return, and he ended up squashing Stephanie McMahon's appointed 'Constable' in less than two minutes.

Where It's Going: Hopefully, this signifies that Bálor is about to get back to his best.

Since SummerSlam 2016, he has struggled against a lethal combo of injuries and poor booking. Before returning under the face paint, Finn's one big character trait was that he smiled a lot, and it was absolutely awful. Hearing Corbin bang on about his short stature was similarly tedious.

Now, armed with the threat of his 'Demon' persona and with a win under his belt, Bálor can look forward. He'd be a refreshing babyface opponent for Roman Reigns, or he could keep his momentum going by beating Dolph Ziggler (in a program that'd conveniently help the Ziggler split story with McIntyre).

At last, Bálor has options.
