10 New Directions For WWE After SummerSlam 2022

8. Logan Paul Challenging For Titles

Celebrities playing wrestler can be a mixed bag. Lawrence Taylor excelled back in 1995, and Bad Bunny has worked out when he's shown up, but most celebs end up tanking in-ring unless they stick to the basics. Logan Paul is a little bit different; not only is the YouTuber some athlete, he's also inked a proper contract with WWE.

LP ain't just playing pro wrestler. He is one now.

WWE would've seen enough from Logan vs. The Miz at SummerSlam to vindicate their decision. Paul has potential, and you know he's only going to get more and more comfortable on the mic (talking is kinda his thing) as time goes on.

The next step in Logan's evolution could be challenging for one of WWE's undercard titles. Would it be a stretch, for example, if he went up against Gunther for the Intercontinental belt after stringing together a few more victories? That'd be something fresh, if nothing else.
