10 New Directions For WWE After The 2023 Draft

9. Raw And SmackDown Women’s Tag Straps?

Here's something rather interesting.

Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez got drafted to Raw, but they can still appear on SmackDown because they're reigning Women's Tag-Team Champs. Meanwhile, current NXT Women's Tag Champions Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn moved to SmackDown in the 2023 Draft.

Does that...does that mean they'll be defending those belts on Fridays and the NXT Titles are now de facto main roster championships? Surely WWE would've had Fyre and Dawn lose on this week's NXT if they didn't want them carrying those belts to the bigger shows. The fact they won, and will now theoretically tout their wares on the main roster, is surprising.

This could be Triple H's way of testing the waters with possible locked-in Women's Tag Titles for both Raw and SmackDown. What if NXT is about to lose those straps, and they'll be renamed the "SmackDown Women's Tag-Team Titles"? Don't rule anything out around this place!
