We've seen him perform this move in WWE (and make it look fantastic,) and we've seen him end matches with it. Perhaps most importantly, he can hit it on anybody from Kalisto to Mark Henry. 

Though the company can't think of touching it as long as guys like Neville are doing gold medal routines off of guardrails, meanwhile it stands up fine alongside, say, the Red Arrow. 

Rollins is taller than Neville, and when he goes whirling off that turnbuckle, he really displaces a lot of air. Whatever he gives up in sheer difficulty, he makes up for with aerial presence. 

Some of the greatest ever have had diving attacks as their trademarks; a guy like Rollins could easily wind up in the same breath as the Savages and Guerrerros of the wrestling world. It's the exact opposite of the Pedigree, in the sense that one ends a match by taking your breath away, while the other ends it with a sigh.
