10 New Tag Teams WWE Needs To Create

2. Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn's recent heel turn and rekindled friendship with Kevin Owens is exactly what he needed, but it hasn't led to a full-blown tag-team as of yet. WWE should act on that swiftly, because the narrative that Owens has turned Sami to the dark side and doesn't mind manipulating him is waiting to be told.

Since turning, Sami has just been throwing prior support back in fan faces and attempting to interfere in KO's matches. They haven't really teamed together, and that must change. Just like he was with Chris Jericho last year, Owens could be a riot alongside Zayn and use him to get ahead. That's what a cold character like KO would do.

Owens and Sami would be the ideal opponents for The Usos and their SmackDown Tag-Team Titles. Don't forget that the siblings just recently turned babyface themselves, so they're seeking a killer program to cement that. Failing that, The New Day need new rivals.
