10 Non-Wrestlers AEW Should Sign

8. Justin Roberts

Role: Ring Announcer

Seems a bit of a no-brainer this one. Justin Roberts is a recognisable voice to wrestling fans, having announced for WWE for the better part of 12 years, and even did the job for the boys at All In last year. He's pretty much a part of the brand already but he just, well, hasn't been confirmed yet.

Despite the fact that he's sadly slipped off the number 1 spot for Famous People Named Justin Roberts (it's some YouTuber now because, lol, isn't it always) he's still a recognisable voice in pro-wrestling without being someone you automatically associate with WWE. Where the likes of JR are fused in your brain as being the soundtrack to some of the company's more iconic moments, Roberts carries a tinge of familiarity at most.

In all likelihood this is a conversation that's already taken place but, on the off chance it hasn't, it's one AEW need to have. Roberts should be the ring announcer at Double or Nothing, and the company should ensure that consistency when they finally arrive on TV.
