4. Big Show (WrestleMania 18)
This one's technically a cheat since Show did in fact appear on camera at WrestleMania 18, but he wasn't in the arena. Show's stock in early 2002 had fallen to the point where instead of being in Toronto for WrestleMania, he was 350 miles southeast at WWF New York, entertaining kiddies with a painted smile. All other remaining hands were on deck for the anticipated card, while Show was briefly shown during the telecast playing the role of party host. A mere six days before the marquee event, Show submitted to Kurt Angle's ankle lock in a brief tag team match on Raw. The company faith in Show has ebbed and flowed over the past 17 years, and it's painfully hurt the image of a man that could have been used so much better.
