10 NXT Gimmicks That Are Too Goofy For WWE's Main Roster

3. Solomon Crowe

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dAOVi7ShyxQ Some people might not have even heard of this guy, but he is most definitely a member of the NXT roster, and he most certainly has quite an intriguing gimmick. In December of last year, Crowe showed up at a NXT live event and attacked Kalisto. Afterwards, Solomon used a tablet device to make the lights go out in the arena. If you ever played the video game Watch_Dogs, then you may already have an idea of what Crowe€™s gimmick is. He€™s been officially called an €œevil hacker,€ but so far he has yet to do any evil hacking as of late. While it€™s a unique idea for the wrestling world, there€™s no way a hacker gimmick can ever hope to last long in WWE, especially on the main roster. What is Solomon going to do, keep hacking the lights whenever he has a match? Is he going to hack the WWE website so that it lists him as WWE Champion? It€™s pretty silly, and unless there€™s a clever idea bring thought up, the lifespan of this gimmick appears to be a relatively short one for Solomon Crowe. He hasn€™t even made his television debut and already criticisms have been made about his gimmick. Let€™s change direction and move on to someone else deserving of some criticism.
