10. Vince McMahon Is The Higher Power

WWE.comWWE.comTwo massive stables in the late 90's were the Undertaker's Ministry of Darkness, a satanic-like cult looking to rule the WWF; and The Corporation, a Vince McMahon lead army of suits and bodyguards looking to stamp out the more rebellious wrestlers with authoritarian rule. The two factions feuded as Vince tried to keep control from the hands of the deranged Undertaker. For the duration of the feud Undertaker insisted that his team was not working alone but rather as subordinates of a "higher power", one that owned the key to McMahons heart and soul. Things took a turn for the worse for Vince after his son Shane usurped him of his power, taking over The Corporation and leaving Vince without a team. Shane then met with The Ministry of Darkness and came to an agreement where the two teams would put aside their differences in order to face greater rivals including former Corporation member The Rock, the texas rattlesnake Stone Cold Steve Austin and the now team-less Vince McMahon. After a series of events increased tensions, Undertaker decided that it was time to reveal the "higher power" he had been working for all along. Who could the higher power actually be? The reveal was all kinds of crap-tacular. The Corporate Ministry took to the ring as Vince taunted them from the Titantron screen, saying that "the coward should reveal himself right now!" and then an ominous hooded figure walked slowly to the ring. A dark choir accompanied this mysterious cult-leader as he took his place centre-stage for the world to see. The hood pulled back, and in a completely nonsensical twist that somehow despite its stupidity everyone still kind of saw coming, Vince was revealed to be the puppet master who'd been pulling all the strings this whole time. "You fell for it!" he cries in what can only be described as a joyusly pantomime performance, "You all fell for it!". No we didn't Vince. No we didn't.
