10 OMG Moments From NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 10

2. Those Boma-Ye Knees

https://twitter.com/DeathToAllMarks/status/683974685055434752 To understand why the penultimate bout was being hyped as a dream match, we need to say a few things about Shinsuke Nakamura. He's just been signed to WWE and this is incredibly exciting. Why? Because he's possibly the best professional wrestler in the world. When I say that, I don't just mean his in-ring moveset (which is stellar) but rather, most impressive about the man, his almost alien charisma. He's like Michael Jackson who's been cross-bred with a cosmic sex prince. He's like a rockstar jellyfish crossed with Oldboy's laconic psychopathy. He's one of the most hypnotic people on the planet and I love him, utter. Oh, and he was fighting AJ Styles, who's also one of the greatest wrestlers alive. It was amazing. Nakamura's finisher, the Boma Ye knee, is one of the stiffest moves in the sport today and gave him his nickname, 'King of Strong Style'. It's uncomplicated but endlessly visually impressive. See, Nakamura has insanely long legs and to hit the Boma Ye he simply runs at his opponent before planting his knee directly into his skull. Hitting one is enough to lay a man out cold. Nakamura finished the match by hitting AJ styles with two.
