A man who was described as the 'Total Package' despite the fact he couldn't cut a decent promo and rarely had a great match. It says it all really when Luger, a failed American Footballer, thought he had what it took to make it in the squared circle. There are countless accounts of how Luger was never really 'one of the boys' and never really grasped the wrestling business. It seems WWE weren't fooled by Lex. He failed to hold a single championship during his time with the company despite the move to make him an American Hero and give him the infamous Lex Express. He did win the Royal Rumble in 1994 but had to share that honour with Bret Hart. His time in WCW is where he earned his slot on this list. Astonishingly, Luger is a two time World Heavyweight Champion and held the United States Championship on numerous occasions. He even had to vacate the US title after winning the World belt. Lex's body really gave him more than he ever deserved in the wrestling business.
