10 PG Era WWE Superstars You Totally Don't Remember

3. Caylen Croft

Dear readers, the Dude Busters. Dude Busters, readers.

That's current AEW man Trent Beretta on the left there. He teamed with Caylen Croft as arguably the least WWE in 2009 duo you'll ever see. Seriously, Beretta and Croft were everything Vince McMahon stood against at the time. Their debut really shows how little attention the boss was paying to ECW before it folded in February 2010.

The Dude Busters then tried to make something happen on SmackDown, but they didn't stand a chance now they were firmly on Vince's radar. Beretta and Croft became Superstars regulars (a death knell for workers during that era) before Caylen was released from his contract in November 2010.

His last match? A dark match before SmackDown that month vs. Luke Gallows. No, Croft hasn't worked in-ring since leaving WWE behind. That's a pity, because he did have talent. Wrong place, wrong time for the Dude Busters. They'd have torn it up in AEW.
