10 Physically Impossible Wrestling Moves

2. Chokeslam

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4B3MqQMqmo8 The Undertaker isn't the only performer to make use of the Chokeslam - his on-screen brother Kane has also used the move to great effect over the years, and even Sid Vicious has made it one of his signature moves. Undoubtedly however, 'Taker is the man who uses it to the biggest reaction, and it usually signals that he's about to parlay into a Tombstone Piledriver. One of the best examples of why the Chokeslam move is physically impossible, this clip shows 'The Deadman' dropping both Shawn Michaels and Rey Mysterio with it, at the same time. There's no questioning that The Undertaker is one strong guy, but there's no way even he is lifting a 220lb man with one arm, and a 200lb man with the other. This double-Chokeslam comes across really well, because both Michaels and Mysterio have a great vertical leap, and can do most of the work for their peer. An example to the contrary would be when The Undertaker hit Hulk Hogan with the Chokeslam at Judgment Day 2002. Hogan couldn't jump very high, and the move didn't look all that devastating as a result. That's because The Undertaker, whilst strong, is only human, and can't lift a similar-sized man above his head with only one arm.
