7. Is CM Punk Returning?
It's the red-herring in the room and many are sick of discussing it, but as fans we deserve to hear a straight edged answer from at least one side of the boardroom table. Punk himself has been very cryptic in his responses to the question of his future, claiming he wouldn't a number of time but smiling while he answered. Vince needs to tell us what discussions have taken place and where we are in terms of striking up a deal for Punk to return to the ring. Last month, it was revealed WWE had come to an agreement with Punk regarding the sale of his merchandise on their site which shows the relationship between the two isn't completely dead. The latest news comes from a close friend of Punk in former UFC middleweight Chael Sonnen. Speaking to Jim Ross on his own podcast, Sonnoen said he recently asked Punk if he was ever going back to WWE. Punk apparently answered by saying no, never. Chael added that he didnt know if Punk was working him or being truthful. Let's put a few rumours to bed ey, Vince.
