10 Most Popular WWE Superstars On Wikipedia

1. WWE Personnel - 38,158 Edits, (#2 On Wikipedia's Top 100)

Wwe Image How about this for a fact to impress your friends and family, WWE personnel is the second most popular wikipedia page in the world across any subject! Only George W Bush has more revisions! The page here will of course be constantly changing because the roster is quite volatile, with guys like CM Punk exemplifying how a status can change so quickly. In saying that, it isn't as if there's a firing every week or someone retiring, so it is slightly surprising to see this page rank so highly for wikipedia edits. One thing we can derive from this page coming in at number 2 of wikipedia's top 100 is how globally popular the WWE really is. Fans are obviously pouring on to this page and amending even the smallest bits of information about wrestler statuses. Again the point has to be made that this ranking reflects the power of the WWE brand over any specific wrestler. Fans are more concerned with the history of the company and it's current composition. We have high entries for specific WWE legends, but the roster composition page is nearly double Taker's individual page. That's encouraging for WWE, who can conclude that fans care more about the company as a whole than they do any one superstar.
