10 Precise Moments When WWE Ruthless Aggression Era Careers Ended

6. Jazz

Shawn Michaels Lance Cade
WWE

Being totally honest, former ECW badass Jazz never once felt like a good fit for the WWE Divas division when she joined on in 2001. Stop/start booking ensued, but Jazz did enjoy two reigns as Women's Champion between 2002-2003. By 2004 though, she was deemed surplus to requirements and left.

WWE tried again in 2006.

Jazz rocked back onto programming for a 'WWE vs. ECW' head-to-head show on 7 June '06. There, she stared at the lights for Mickie James in just two minutes. You might be wondering what the writing team's follow-up plan was for her after that? The answer, of course, was bugger all.

Paul Heyman's fave defeated trivia question answer Trinity (most will not remember her whatsoever) on exactly two house shows days after dropping to Mickie. Then, WWE decided that Jazz 2.0 was just like Jazz 1.0 - she was released yet again, meaning the James' loss was her last hurrah.

If it could even be called that.
