10 Predicted End Dates For WWE’s Big Pushes
2. Becky Lynch
WWE are sure as sh*t going to like the sound of 'Becky No Belts' spewed from the mouth of an office favourite, aren't they? An office favourite named...
Stephanie McMahon.
An authority angle is imminent. An authority angle is always imminent. This is at least a decent prospect for an authority angle; Stephanie McMahon should probably be happy with Becky Lynch's progression, since she has realised her childhood dream since 2015 of promoting a Women's WrestleMania main event, but the McMahons apparently have an issue with Roman Reigns now, and did so in 2016, so it's not as if incredibly evident reality is any sort of barrier to these things. Nonetheless, she is a complete migraine, and it might be nice to see Becky apply the Disarm Her after a few months of constant "But that WrestleMania main event wasn't great, was it, Becky, I mean let's be honest" negging on television.
It's not a programme Becky Lynch is likely to lose, but already, Becky's star has dimmed since her Survivor Series peak, and absolutely nothing on that roster feels remotely close in box office appeal to the Ronda Rousey programme. WWE hasn't even revisited Asuka's Royal Rumble victory, an in-built sequel, which hardly inspires hope for any long-term plan.
Other than Stephanie, Ronda, or Charlotte Flair, which Women's star might Lynch be programmed with at WrestleMania 36?
Fabulous Moolah!
